BIDDING TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Buyer’s Premium: 15%
• Registration & Eligibility
• For online bidders a valid credit card is required for bidding approval.
• Registration name and address must match your state-issued photo ID.
• Only the registered buyer may pay for and receive items.
• If you are prohibited from owning firearms or do not have valid photo ID, DO NOT BID.

FIREARMS ELIGIBILITY

• Handguns: 21+
• Long guns: 18+
• Ammunition: 18+ 
• Kentucky buyers must present a valid KY photo ID. With your current mailing address. Must match the address on your buyers profile.
• Out-of-state buyers: Firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL in your state. (For certain States, long guns can be picked up in person. Contact us for details)
• You are responsible to know your State laws and if the firearm can be shipped to your State. If you are the winning bidder and we can't ship to your State or you can't pass a background check you are still responsible to pay for the firearm and no refunds will be offered.

FIREARM FEES & TRANSFERS

• Transfer fee: $15 transfer fee per firearm (fee does not apply to black powder, muzzleloaders, or BB's)
• Shipping to FFL dealers: Available for the actual cost of shipping, plus the $15 transfer fee per firearm as stated above.
• Receiving FFL dealers may charge an additional transfer fee
• NO REFUNDS if valid FFL information is not provided
• No refunds if buyer is unable to pass a background check.
• (Buyer is responsible for submitting FFL promptly)

PAYMENT TERMS

• Accepted Payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash, Check, Wire Transfer
• Sales tax applies unless valid exemption is provided
• Invoices over $2,500 must be paid by check or wire transfer
• 3% fee applies to all credit card payments
• $18 fee for wire transfers.
• Any checks at the discretion of the auction team may require a bank letter of guarantee. 
• Online bidders: Payment due by Friday evening following the auction and before the items leave the auction grounds.

SHIPPING & PICKUP

• Shipping is at the buyer’s expense
• Firearms ship only to valid FFL dealers
• Non-firearm items ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS
• Buyers will receive an email/text from Shipping Saint to, select shipping or schedule pickup. Shipping charges are billed separately.
• Pick up days are Monday, August 24th thru Friday, August 28th 8:30am-4:30pm.

AUCTION TERMS

• All items sell AS-IS, WHERE-IS
• All sales are final
• Descriptions are believed accurate but are not guaranteed
• Bidder is solely responsible for determining condition
• Auctioneer has sole discretion over bidding increments and disputes
• Pennyrile Auction Company is not responsible for missed or unseen bids
• Announcements made on auction day take precedence
• Company reserves the right to refuse service or deny bidding privileges
• Unpaid balances may incur a 2% monthly finance charge and collection costs.
• Venue for disputes shall be the county in which Pennyrile Auction Company operates.

INTERNET DISCLAIMER

• Pennyrile Auction Company is not responsible for internet malfunctions or system failures.
• In the event of technical issues, the auctioneer reserves the right to resolve the matter in the seller’s best interest.
• By bidding, you agree to all terms and conditions stated above.
